No account is required. Study progress, quiz history, bookmarks, language, ZIP/state selection, and settings are stored locally on your device. The app uses RevenueCat for optional Pro subscription validation and Start.io to serve ads to free users. Pro users should not receive Start.io ad placements while Pro is active.
The app does not ask for your name, email address, immigration case number, photos, contacts, microphone access, or precise location. App-owned code stores study progress and preferences locally on your device. If you contact support, we use the information you provide only to answer your request.
The app offers optional monthly and yearly Pro subscriptions. Apple App Store or Google Play processes payments. We do not store your payment card information. RevenueCat helps validate subscription status, restore purchases, and manage entitlement access; RevenueCat may process app user identifiers, device identifiers, purchase receipts, and purchase history according to its privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Free users may see ads served by Start.io. Start.io and its advertising partners may process device information, advertising identifiers where available and permitted, approximate location derived from network or device signals, ad impressions, ad interactions, diagnostics, and related usage data according to platform consent settings and applicable law. On iOS, the app includes Apple App Tracking Transparency wording so you can allow or limit tracking in device settings.
The website can use analytics and advertising measurement cookies only according to the cookie choice on this browser. If you accept all cookies, page views, app-store clicks, outbound-link clicks, and download-banner interactions may be sent to Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and TikTok Pixel/Events Manager when those services are configured. If you decline, analytics and advertising storage stay denied.
The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app has no social features and no account system.
We do not sell personal information for money. Free-user advertising may involve third-party ad partners and advertising identifiers, which may be considered sharing or tracking under some privacy laws. You can use platform privacy controls, including Apple App Tracking Transparency and advertising ID settings, to limit ad tracking.
Study progress stored by the app can be removed by resetting progress in Settings or uninstalling the app. If you made a Pro purchase and want purchase validation data removed from RevenueCat where available, email support@uscitizenshiptest.online with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the Apple ID or Google account email used for the purchase.
